A non-refundable/non-transferable deposit of $25 ($150 for courses) is required in order to secure and book your appointment. Your deposit only secures your date & time slot. Should your service be canceled by no fault of my own, your deposit will not transfer to another date. Deposits go towards your remaining balance
Please be at your appointment on time, I usually take appointments back to back so I am on a tight schedule. There is a 15 minute grace period, at the 15 minute mark your appointment will be cancelled.
Please no extra guest/kids
Please come with CLEAN LASHES, wipe clean of all makeup and mascara residue. To ensure proper retention. There is an option to add a lash cleanse for an additional fee. Please book under lash bath
If you wear contact lenses, please remove before your service
For refills, i recommend 2/3 weeks. After the 23 day mark your lashes CANNOT be considered a fill. (i keep record of the dates) The time duration for fills are listed below. If You arrive late to your fill appointment or come with less than 50% of lashes then your lash fill would not be as full as your full set prior
I don’t work over other lash professional’s work so please book removal service + a full set if you are coming from another establishment.
For SAFETY purposes, please refrain from using your phone during your appointment.
NO REFUNDS on any service rendered
If there are any issues with your lashes after the initial service, theres a 3 day time period where you can message me & i’ll fix it at no cost to you. Please no more than 3 days
I accept cash payments, and $3 convenience fee if you use your card for payment.
ANY same day ( less than 24 hour) cancellation will forfeit deposit & Less than 12 hours will be subjected to a $30 future rebooking fee
You will be banned from future services for the following reasons:
1) No call no shows, (remaining balance appointment should be paid off in full in order to lift ban)
2) any repeat cancellations made less than 24 hours (no more than 2) remaining balance due of said appointments to lift ban
